Dr. Miguel Ángel Juliá achieved the Degree of Medicine & Surgery at the University of Cádiz (Andalucía, Spain) in 2009. Afterwards, he obtained the Medical Specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena in Seville in 2015.

During his specialization, he has performed several Observerships and Fellowships at different prestigious centers:

• 2013: Hospital Manuel Gea González, (Mexico). Dr. F. Molina. Craneofacial & Aesthetic Facial Surgery.
• 2014: Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Taipei (Taiwan). Dr. Fu- Chan Wei. Surgical reconstruction of the head and neck.
• 2015: Fellowship AO Foundation. Universitätsspital Basel (Switzerland). Facial Trauma & Orthognathic Surgery.

As a specialist, in his professional career he has been:

• 2016-2018: Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Hospital Universitario Virgen de las Nieves. Granada.
• 2019-2021: Fellowship in Facial Feminization and Rhinoplasty surgical techniques at Facialteam, currently part of the medical team.
• 2021-Present: Consultant in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Department. Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena. Sevilla. Part of the Orthognathic surgery and Craniofacial deformities unit.
