Juuli

Juuli, a 39-year-old woman from Finland, underwent facial feminization surgery at Facialteam in Marbella, including forehead feminization with simultaneous hair transplant (SHT), jaw contouring, and chin recontouring. As part of her personalized treatment plan, she also received HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) as a secondary procedure to enhance skin firmness and definition. The before-and-after images, taken just eight days after surgery, capture the early phase of her transformation. While some swelling is still present, her facial features already show a softer, more sculpted appearance. Juuli’s case illustrates how a combination of advanced surgical and non-surgical techniques can begin to create meaningful, feminine changes even in the first days of recovery.
